Lead Assessor

Ensures quality in the CPS Principal Eligibility process by monitoring and increasing the engagement, alignment, consistency, and overall excellence of Eligibility Assessors. Facilitates Eligibility Assessor training, calibration sessions, and/or assessor briefings as needed to ensure the quality of all new and experienced assessors. Serves as backup reader for essays that were incomplete or need reassignment. Leads Assessor will also utilize observations and data to identify process improvement areas and help create outcome goals and plans for addressing improvement areas.

EligibilityAt least 4 years in role, Demonstrated success in Student Growth metrics, Member of the CPS Principal Candidate Pool, At least 2 years as a Principal Eligibility Assessor with experience as a Reader and Interviewer and demonstrated ability to score with fidelity
