The Accelerator

Accelerate Institute’s Growth Accelerator is a comprehensive, 3-year long training and partnership program for schools. The program provides Chicago K-12 school principals and their leadership teams with the customized support necessary to execute schoolwide change management and significantly improve academics and culture. School principals work one-on-one with an Accelerate Institute Advisor while also building a strong peer network through the regional cohort model of the program. Leaders just entering the role and seasoned principals alike benefit from the advisory support in order to build and refine transformational leadership skills and are assisted in analyzing progress within the key pillars that drive success in high performing schools. There is no cost to schools that join the cohort.
