Take the Lead Cohort

The program comprises four full-day workshops over three months (March-May), a 1-hour session of executive coaching, and 8 hours of group coaching by FranklinCovey and internal experts, an orientation, and a final half-day class reunion in September during which participants return to discuss how they’ve applied their learning. Cohort size of 15-20 participants

Audience: Central Office directors or director-level employees who serve in leadership roles managing the work of others and are looking to better understand how they show up as leaders and improve their ability to manage the work of others.
Note: This is general guidance around experience. If you feel the curriculum would benefit you at the current stage of your career and you manage the work of others, we encourage you to apply.

The program includes:
– 360 Degree Feedback assessment and debriefing with a certified coach
– Gallup CliftonStrengths All 34 assessment to identify your top leadership strengths
– Learning the four essential roles that a leader must hardwire to be effective

EligibilityCentral Office Director or Director-level employee who manages the work of others (if you are unsure if this program is right for you, feel free to apply). You must have your manager’s support and no active discipline issues (e.g., CAP, PIP, Warning Resolution); An executive that would benefit from understanding the fundamental skills of leadership and one-on-one coaching to strengthen their leadership voice, A leader that demonstrates a clear willingness and ability to commit the time and energy required to participate fully in the program, Most importantly, a leader that is excited to thrive in their leadership role.
