The program comprises four full-day workshops over three months (March-May), a 1-hour session of executive coaching, and 8 hours of group coaching by FranklinCovey and internal experts, an orientation, and a final half-day class reunion in September during which participants return to discuss how they’ve applied their learning. Cohort size of 15-20 participants
Audience: Central Office directors or director-level employees who serve in leadership roles managing the work of others and are looking to better understand how they show up as leaders and improve their ability to manage the work of others.

– Gallup CliftonStrengths All 34 assessment to identify your top leadership strengths
– Learning the four essential roles that a leader must hardwire to be effective
