The Lead with CPS team is looking for Central Office staff who are proven leaders passionate about lifelong learning and can help make a difference in CPS by applying to become a Leadership Development Facilitator. In this paid role, you will help Lead with CPS to expand and diversify development opportunities for Central Office staff, refine your leadership skills, and help us ensure we have an outstanding and diverse workforce at all levels of the District.

Commitments
- Facilitate and master content. These materials may be existing Lead with CPS content or new content provided by an external provider.
- Successfully complete the certification process
- Facilitate your assigned sessions over the course of FY25
- Be an ambassador within your department to share Lead with CPS opportunities

- Receive notice of your selection by the first week of March 2024
- A Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) will need to be signed by you and your manager by March 2024 to participate in the program
