Navigating and Leading Difficult Conversations

You know there’s an important conversation you need to have, but you’re nervous about it going well. In this course you gain tools and strategies to engage in difficult conversations with greater confidence, while managing the emotions in play, understanding multiple perspectives, and making intentional choices around verbal and non-verbal communication. Featuring content from Crucial Learning’s Mastering Your Dialogue.

Outcomes:

  • Gain skills to resolve disagreements by building acceptance and overcoming resistance
  • Identify the assumptions you and others may bring to a difficult conversation
  • Recognize and manage the emotions of yourself and others in difficult conversations
  • Make intentional choices around verbal and non-verbal communication.
