Leading with and Finding Your Strengths

Who are you as an individual, and how does that shape you as a leader or contributor? Use the Gallup StrengthsFinder Assessment (also known as the Clifton Strengths Test) to identify your top five unique strengths as an individual, then come to class to process what those strengths mean for you at work. Gain personal and professional insight into yourself, and use that knowledge to succeed.

Outcomes:

  • Recognize your unique strengths as an individual
  • Identify how you can lean into your strengths to maximize your effectiveness as a leader or contributor
  • Recognize the way your strengths can lead to successes and challenges when working with others
  • Strategize how you can grow professionally based on your strengths
