Created in partnership with the Northwestern University Kellogg School of Management’s Center for Nonprofit Management. Leaders emerge from the Executive Leadership program positioned to further transform their organizations, their communities and the nonprofit sector as a whole. The in-person portion of the Executive Leadership Program is comprised of three academic sessions — nine academic learning days in total — at Kellogg’s Chicago or Evanston, IL. campuses and Allstate’s talent center in Northbrook, IL.
