Leaders emerge from the Executive Leadership program positioned to further transform their organizations, their communities and the nonprofit sector as a whole. The in-person portion of the Executive Leadership Program is comprised of three academic sessions — nine academic learning days in total — at Kellogg’s Chicago or Evanston, IL. campuses and Allstate’s talent center in Northbrook, IL. The program provides a combination of cohort-based academic instruction, and executive coaching. All program elements are funded by The Allstate Foundation.
