Chicago Foundation for Education’s (CFE) Action Research Leadership Institute (ARLI) invites PreK-12th grade CPS educators to join a fellowship program to improve student achievement and teaching effectiveness. Selected teachers will design a research study and receive support from an advisor as they analyze the effectiveness of their teaching practice. In addition to meetings throughout the school year, Fellows will spend 3-4 hours per week working independently – collecting and analyzing data, developing a Literature Review and crafting final papers.

Eligibility: All PreK-12th grade Chicago Public School educators, including charter, magnet and selective enrollment schools
