KIPP Leadership Design Fellowship

A seven-month program, designed for administrators of public school districts, charter school systems, and leadership training organizations, that provides intensive, experiential, and collaborative training on KIPP’s school leader development model. KIPP Leadership Design Fellowship aims to create a respected, influential, and national network of public schools that are successful in helping students from educationally underserved communities. Over the course of three Summit experiences (Defining Excellence in Leadership; Principal Recruitment, Selection & Developing a Leadership Pipeline; and Principal Development & Residencies), participants will get an in-depth look at KIPP’s principal selection, development, and support model and explore a variety of other innovative school leadership models around the country.
