Facilitated in partnership with The University of Chicago Booth School of Business, this program is focused on three areas: Brand, Access, and Skill. Teach for America believes by focusing on these areas and tying them together with the thread of Leading with Integrity, they will help craft passionate, determined, and successful leaders. Teach For America’s Elevate Fellowship includes a nine-session, externally facilitated module on Leading with Integrity. This module will ground the application of management skills in the foundational skills of self-awareness and character, all in a peer-to-peer setting. Fellows are taught the idea that by understanding your values as a leader, you are able to make well thought-out decisions in difficult situations, and are able to be confident in your choices as a current and future leader in this work.
