We offer all assistant principals and principals the opportunity to participate in a research-based, 360-degree leadership diagnostic tool. The survey focuses on gathering evidence of leadership competencies and behaviors that are specific to the role of a school leader. For current principals, the survey can be a useful tool for informing leadership development planning around current strengths and growth areas. For CLC residents and assistant principals, it can be used to inform leadership development planning in the context of their current role, but more specifically for their future development toward a principal role.

Eligibility: Current Chicago district or charter assistant principal considering principalship who would like to learn more about their leadership abilities and develop and track a plan to strengthen leadership skills
