The Vanderbilt Assessment of Leadership in Education (Val-Ed) is a research-based, 360-degree leadership diagnostic tool. Val-Ed focuses on gathering evidence of leadership competencies and behaviors that are specific to the role of a school principal.
Eligibility: Current Chicago district or charter assistant principal considering principalship who would like to learn more about their leadership abilities and develop and track a plan to strengthen leadership skills

The Accelerator

The Accelerator is a three-year support model that provides urban K-12 school principals and their leadership teams with the skills necessary to execute schoolwide change management and significantly improve academics and culture.

Bioengineering Experience for Science Teachers (BEST) program

The Leadership Academy works to develop a talent pipeline to fulfill leadership gaps in both the public and private sectors. The CLCF Academy is specifically geared for mid-level high-potential professionals with a proven track record and passion for leadership, civic engagement, and potential for upward mobility.
Eligibility: Seven years experience, desire to run for elected office, advanced degree, nomination from elected official, two letters of recommendation, employer letter of support.

Eligibility: Licensed and qualified to teach in the content-area, 3 years of teaching experience, received a proficient or above performance rating in most recent REACH evaluation.
